1. Prepare and update business activity statements
2. Prepare payroll and accounts receivables & payables
3. Record financial transactions and balancing the books
4. Cross-reference the books against bank statements and other source documents to confirm accuracy
5. Post transactions in Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB (general bookkeeping duties)
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support operations
7. Perform any adhoc duties as required by management
