Reddit Team Lead

Shift time: 4 P.M. to 12 A.M. EST (subject to change by 1-2 hours)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Starting Wage: $4.00/hr

Are you a seasoned Reddit user with a knack for leadership and quality assurance? We’re seeking a proactive individual to us as a Reddit Team Lead, responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of Reddit poster’s work and ensuring the highest standards of content across various subreddit profiles.

Job responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Reddit posters, providing guidance on content posting and adherence to subreddit guidelines.
-Regularly post contents on the model’s subreddit profile, ensuring it aligns with the subreddit’s interests and guidelines.
-Monitor and evaluate the quality of content posted by teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational and subreddit-specific standards.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop effective content posting strategies that align with subreddit’s focus and guidelines.
-Resolve issues and challenges related to content creation and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in using Reddit, understanding subreddit dynamics, and maintaining a strong presence within the platform.
-Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of content quality, accuracy, and compliance.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management.
-Ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
