Reddit Poster

We are looking for a Reddit Content Poster to join our team.

This role is not just basic copy-and-paste posting. We need someone who can understand branding, think creatively, and post content in a way that feels natural for Reddit.

Reddit experience is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided. What matters most is that you are reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and able to understand why certain content fits a brand, audience, or subreddit.

Responsibilities:

* Post content on Reddit according to the daily posting plan
* Understand each brand’s style, tone, and content direction
* Write captions/titles so posts feel natural and not robotic
* Match content to the correct subreddits
* Follow subreddit rules and posting instructions carefully
* Report removed posts, issues, or mistakes quickly
* Communicate with the Reddit Manager daily
* Take feedback and improve posting quality over time

What we are looking for:

* Creative thinker
* Good understanding of branding and content style
* Able to write natural captions, not robotic or generic ones
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and consistent
* Good written English
* Able to follow instructions exactly
* Comfortable using Reddit or willing to learn
* Honest about mistakes and quick to report issues

This role is best for someone who can look at a piece of content and think:

* Where does this fit?
* What type of audience would like this?
* What caption/title would make this feel natural?
* Does this match the brand?
* Does this feel like a real Reddit post, or does it feel forced?

Requirements:

* Stable internet connection
* Laptop or desktop computer
* Available for daily work
* Able to follow brand instructions and posting guidelines
