Reddit Operations Manager

We are hiring a Reddit Operations Manager for an online social media agency.

This is not a basic posting role.

Posting is only one part of the operation. We need someone who can take ownership of the full Reddit system: content, accounts, subreddit strategy, team management, tracking, analysis, testing, and performance improvement.

You will be responsible for managing Reddit posters underneath you, but your main value is strategic thinking, organisation, problem-solving, and improving the operation.

Main Responsibilities
Manage the full Reddit operation across multiple models and accounts
Manage Reddit posters and review their daily output
Assign posting tasks clearly and make sure work is completed properly
Request new content from managers/models based on what is needed for Reddit
Review content in detail and give clear feedback on what needs to improve
Research winning content styles, titles, angles, and subreddit trends
Build and improve subreddit posting lists based on niche, branding, rules, audience fit, engagement quality, and removal risk
Analyse subreddit performance and d ---------- which communities to keep, test, remove, or scale
Develop strategic direction for each model’s Reddit positioning
Track post performance, removals, account issues, engagement, clicks, and next actions
Diagnose Reddit filter/removal issues and create solutions

What We Need
We need someone who thinks like a manager, not just a poster.
You should be able to look at the Reddit operation and think:

What content do we need more of?
Which subreddits actually fit this model?
Which posts are getting reach but no buyers?
Which accounts are being wasted?
Which posters are making mistakes?
What needs to change tomorrow?
What tests should we run next?

If there is a problem, we do not want you to only say:

“Posts are being removed.”

We want you to say:

“The posts are being removed because of X. I have already tested Y, I am currently implementing Z, and if that does not work, this is the backup plan.”

You must come with solutions, not just problems.

Requirements
Strong understanding of Reddit
Experience with Reddit posting, subreddit research, or Reddit account management
Experience managing posters, VAs, or a small team
Strong English writing and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to analyse content, branding, captions, and subreddit fit
Able to research competitors and identify what is working
Able to think strategically and make data-led decisions
Able to give clear feedback and hold people accountable
Able to create daily reports and weekly improvement plans
Able to work independently and take ownership
