Reddit Operations Manager

We're looking for a full time, fully remote Reddit Operations Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to lead and coordinate our Reddit team, making sure accounts are farmed correctly, strategies are followed, and results keep improving over time.

Previous experience with Reddit is required you need to know how the platform works, how to grow accounts, and how to avoid getting them banned.

Experience managing or supervising a team is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude: we want someone proactive, reliable, and genuinely motivated to build something and grow with us.

This is a leadership role with a fixed monthly base and a performance percentage on the results your team brings in, the better you run the team, the more you earn and as the operation scales, so does your income.
