Strong written English
Ability to write natural comments in different communities
Good attention to detail

Important
We are looking for someone who understands how to build Reddit accounts carefully and gradually. The priority is account quality, safety, consistency, and long-term usability.
This is not a spam-posting role. We need someone who can manage accounts properly, avoid obvious patterns, follow instructions, and provide clear reporting every day.
