Recruitment and Training Manager

Remote | AWST Time Zone | Full-Time | Strategic Leadership Role

The OE is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Recruitment & Training Manager to take our hiring, onboarding, and team development to the next level.

This is a senior role for someone who’s not just good at sourcing talent, but knows how to train, upskill, and integrate VAs into client-facing roles. You’ll also help us build The OE Academy - our internal training hub for high-performing remote talent.

Your Role Will Include:
• Sourcing and recruiting top-tier VAs, OBMs, and creatives
• Managing full onboarding and client integration
• Delivering onboarding training and ongoing upskilling sessions
• Providing high-quality support to existing VAs (especially when facing challenges)
• Creating and improving SOPs, internal training resources, and clickup workflows
• Supporting the design and launch of The OE Academy for future internal hires
• Leading small pods/teams as we scale from 10 ? 50+
• Acting as a bridge between operations, talent, and clients
• Creating processes around quality assurance and VA’s upskilling to ensure client satisfaction.
You’re Right for This Role If You:
• Have 3+ years in recruitment, L&D, or team leadership
• Have experience training and mentoring remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Are comfortable being client-facing and leading onboarding processes
• Have excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Are confident using ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, and creating automations
• Understand how to match skills and personality when hiring
• Care deeply about quality, values-alignment, and team growth

Bonus If You Have:
• Experience building internal learning hubs or training programs
• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency environments
• Created SOPs, onboarding portals, or training frameworks before
