???? What You’ll Be Doing:
? User Setup & Support: Onboard new users, manage system access, and provide ongoing tech support.
? Report Running & Analysis: Generate and interpret reports using Vincere (or similar recruitment software) to support data-driven decisions.
? G-Suite Wizardry: Ensure seamless use of G-Suite apps (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.) across the team.
? Campaign Management: Use SourceWhale to run and monitor outreach campaigns effectively.
? Lead Generation: Leverage WebWatcher and other platforms to identify and capture new business leads.
? Tech Implementation: Research, recommend, and introduce new technology to streamline processes and enhance team performance.

???? What We’re Looking For:
???? Proven experience in systems support within a recruitment or similar environment.
???? Hands-on expertise with Vincere or comparable recruitment CRM software.
???? Proficiency in G-Suite and SourceWhale.
???? Ability to analyze reports and translate data into actionable insights.
???? Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
???? Experience with lead generation tools (WebWatcher or similar) is a plus.
