JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

*Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
*Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
*Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, employment laws, and client-specific requirements.
*Monitor team performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and implement improvements.
*Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
*Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
*Conduct regular tea ---------- etings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
*Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for management and clients.
*Handle escalations and ensure a positive candidate and client experience.

Qualifications:

*3–5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
*Experience supporting US-based clients or familiarity with the US labor market and hiring practices.
*Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-volume environment.
*Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
