We are a community-based allied health organisation and we currently provide mobile services across Sydney and Melbourne. We provide services to: clients on the home care package, participants under the NDIS as well as private clients. We are seeking a Recruitment Officer who is adept in communicating with a variety of individuals, eager to learn new things, have the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer with experience in HR generalist duties, recruitment, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist with the recruitment process, manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, and provide essential HR support. The role will also involve working with supporting HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and selection. Provide administrative support for the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
• Offboarding:
Support offboarding processes, ensuring the proper exit procedures are followed, and that all required documentation is completed.
• Document Filing & Compliance:
Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring all employee documents are properly stored and compliant with NDIS regulations.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Recruitment Officer, or similar role.
• Experience in administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, and other HR functions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with great emailing proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, responsible and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Available to work from 9AM - 5:30PM AEDT Monday to Friday.
• Experience in using SEEK and Indeed (preferred)
