JOB OVERVIEW

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the outsourcing industry.
- Align hiring plans with business goals, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Analyze recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Set performance goals and provide regular coaching to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure quality hires by implementing structured screening, interviewing, and assessment processes.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage third-party suppliers, including but not limited to job boards, to support recruitment efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as marketing and operations to support the recruitment team and overall business goals.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
- Generate recruitment reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through creative branding initiatives.
- Drive campaigns to attract top talent via social media, job boards, and industry events.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Leverage technology and innovative tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- A proven track record in the outsourcing or BPO industry is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local and international labor market trends and employment laws.
