Recruitment Coordinator with SMM Experience – Part-Time Remote

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & Recruitment Coordinator to support a growing healthcare staffing agency. This role combines social media management, candidate sourcing, community engagement, and recruitment support.

- Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram business pages
- Create and publish content to attract healthcare professionals
- Source and engage candidates through social media and online communities
- Conduct outreach to nursing and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives
- Manage candidate databases and CRM records
- Create and send email marketing campaigns
- Engage with online healthcare and nursing communities
- Track outreach, engagement, and recruitment activities

Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate outreach
- Experience managing social media business pages
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems and recruitment tools

Nice to Have:
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
- Canva, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Experience growing online communities and candidate databases

Work Setup:
- Part-Time (25 hours per week)
- Remote
