About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated Recruiter to help us find, evaluate, and onboard skilled Virtual Assistants to meet our diverse needs. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by ensuring we can hire the best talent.

What You’ll Do:

Source and recruit top talent for Virtual Assistant roles from various platforms and networks.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with management to understand client requirements and match the right candidates.
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, especially for remote roles or Virtual Assistants.
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
