We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist for our on-demand hospitality staffing startup. This role demands someone who can juggle multiple tasks, think ahead, and tackle high-level problem-solving with an incredible eye for detail.
The Recruitment Coordinator will manage our end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on reviewing video interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination and Assessment:
- Review and evaluate resumes, cover letters, and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct interviews via phone or video meetings.
- Assist hiring managers in developing effective interview questions and assessment tools.
- Candidate Communication and Experience:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Onboarding and Documentation:
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure candidates have all required documentation and meet necessary
requirements before commencing work shifts.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Work with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- 1+ years WFH experience.
- Comfortable making 25-50 calls per day to applicants, depending on business volume.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with remote work and familiarity with virtual recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 55k PHP per month.
