JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Recruiter to join our team remotely. This critical role involves calling and qualifying daily leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting these leads into candidates to join our real estate team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leads in our CRM system, ensuring the highest conversion rates by reaching out promptly and effectively to all leads.

Responsibilities:
Make hundreds of calls daily to qualify leads and set recruiting interviews for our real estate team.

Maintain and manage leads in our CRM system (Follow Up Boss), ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Convert qualified leads into opportunities and coordinate with our lead recruiter to ensure they are hired with our team.

Meet and exceed set appointment goals and contribute to the team's recruiting targets.

Utilize various real estate tools and platforms such as Follow Up Boss and More.

Utilize exceptional persuasive skills, influencing potential agents to move forward with our team.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with a strong American accent, excellent communication, and persuasive skills.

Proven experience as a recruiter in the real estate industry or similar roles.

Familiarity with real estate CRM software, preferably Follow Up Boss, and other tools mentioned.

Ability to work independently, with a high level of discipline and productivity.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be comfortable making hundreds of calls per day and engaging with a diverse range of leads.
