Jobtracks, a leading U.S.-based staffing and recruitment company, is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to help grow our talent pipeline and connect with top-tier candidates.

This role is the heartbeat of our sourcing engine. You will begin by calling candidates to pre-qualify them for open roles. Your primary goal? Initiate conversations, truly listen to candidate needs, and build strong, lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do
Drive Outreach: Make approximately 60 outbound calls per day to potential candidates.

Be the Voice of Jobtracks: Represent our brand and job opportunities with energy, clarity, and authenticity.

Qualify & Engage: Screen candidates to determine job fit while gathering key professional data.

Master the Voicemail: Leave compelling, high-conversion voicemails that actually get returned.

Nurture Talent: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates over time.

Stay Organized: Accurately log all activities, notes, and interactions in our ATS/CRM.

Pivot Quickly: Re-prioritize your day on the fly based on urgent client needs or fresh candidate responses.

Collaborate: Partner closely with internal recruitment and account teams to hit aggressive hiring goals.

Requirements
Experience: Must have recent experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales, with a heavy focus on high-volume, phone-based outreach.

Remote Capability: Proven ability to manage your time and tasks in a self-driven, remote environment.

Workspace: A dedicated, professional home office free from distractions (suitable for frequent calls and video meetings).

Flexibility: Comfortable and responsive across multiple U.S. time zones.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRMs, ATS platforms, Zoom, and professional email suites.
