The OE is a fast-growing global agency delivering everything from social media management to outbound sales, data support, and media buying. We’re seeking a Philippines-based Recruiter & Quality Assurance Manager to help us grow and manage a talented team of virtual assistants; and ensure every client is matched with the right person for the job.

This is a full-time, long-term position with ongoing support, structured training, and opportunities for growth inside the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Recruiting and onboarding virtual assistants for our delivery teams
• Matching teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to clients based on skills, experience, and personality fit
• Supporting, training, and managing a growing team of remote professionals
• Monitoring team performance and helping resolve delivery concerns
• Working with leadership to improve team systems and processes
• Building and maintaining workflows in ClickUp (must be proficient in click up)
• Supporting internal teams with client and performance feedback

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is based in the Philippines and available for a full-time day shift (AWST hours)
• Has 3+ years experience in recruitment, team leadership, or operations
• Has great communication skills and a confident, professional attitude
• Is comfortable learning additional systems like ClickUp and using SOPs
• Can manage their time well and stay organised with multiple moving parts
• Cares about quality and wants to grow with the team long-term
• Familiarity with tools like CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace, or ClickUp
• Ability to give feedback and coach teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
• Experience in a marketing agency or with service-based businesses
