The role
We hire constantly and run a large intern programme, and right now it all flows through the founder. You'll own talent and people operations end to end - recruiting across every role, onboarding new hires, and running the intern engine so it's an asset, not a time sink.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruiting: write and post roles, source, screen, schedule, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline across all positions
- Run a high volume of hiring at once without dropping candidates
- Own intern onboarding: contracts, welcome, role selection, handbook, and getting interns productive quickly
- Manage the intern engine day to day - groups, communication, engagement, performance, and offboarding
- Build and maintain onboarding SOPs and people systems
- Keep HR records, contracts, and NDAs organized and current
- Handle people issues, retention, and team culture
- Track headcount and hiring metrics and report on them
- Partner with the Chief of Staff on team structure and capacity
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in recruiting, talent, or people ops - high-volume or startup environments ideal
- A strong operator who can juggle many candidates and hires at once
- Excellent communicator focused on candidate and new-hire experience
- Comfortable building process and SOPs from scratch
- Experience onboarding and managing remote teams or large intern/contractor cohorts
- Proactive self-starter
Nice to have: tech or finance recruiting; ATS/HRIS tools; experience running large intern programmes.
