JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are a growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) agency in the U.S. focused on delivering high-quality, ethical behavioral therapy services to children and families. We are building a strong, dependable team and are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Recruiter to own and manage our hiring process from start to finish.

This role is critical to our growth. We are not looking for someone who simply posts ads and forwards resumes. We want a recruiter who understands follow-up, screening, organization, and accountability, and who can consistently move candidates through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and source candidates for RBTs, BCBAs, and other clinical and support roles (primarily U.S.-based)

Post, manage, and optimize job listings across multiple job platforms

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings

Schedule and coordinate interviews with management

Maintain accurate and organized candidate tracking (spreadsheets, ATS, or CRM)

Consistently follow up with candidates to reduce drop-off

Communicate candidate status updates clearly and regularly

Ensure hiring steps are followed correctly and on time

Help refine recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring systems

Track recruiting metrics and report progress when requested

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Comfortable using spreadsheets, ATS platforms, or CRMs

Strong follow-up habits and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Willingness to overlap with U.S. business hours when needed

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

Experience recruiting for ABA agencies or healthcare roles

Experience hiring RBTs and/or BCBAs

Familiarity with U.S. hiring standards and expectations

Experience building or improving recruiting systems and SOPs

Long-term mindset and interest in growing with the company
