JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Home Care Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a long-term, part-time remote position (20 hours per week) with the opportunity for additional hours and career growth in the coming months.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare staff, and the ability to manage the full recruitment and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with state and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Source, screen, and recruit qualified Home Care Aides and Caregivers
Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
Evaluate applicants based on experience, qualifications, and company standards
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates
Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers
Ensure all required documentation is collected, completed, and accurately maintained
Verify certifications, licenses, and credentials as required by state regulations
Confirm caregiver eligibility through applicable state registries and licensing databases
Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and compliance documents
Maintain organized digital employee files
Administrative Support
Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments
Follow up with applicants regarding missing documentation
Update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Maintain clear communication with management regarding hiring progress and staffing needs
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or home care experience preferred
Strong understanding of caregiver onboarding and compliance requirements
Ability to verify licenses, certifications, and state registry requirements
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule with availability during U.S. business hours preferred
