Recruiter

Position Summary
We are seeking driven and results-oriented High-Volume Recruiters to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment and are able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (10 AM–6 PM ET).

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and advancing a high volume of candidates through the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple candidates at once.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a high volume of candidate activity daily
-Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach
-Conduct high-volume phone screenings
-Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring steps with candidates and hiring teams
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates
-Follow up with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:
-Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
-Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
-Reliable high-speed internet connection
-Quiet, professional remote workspace
-Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
