JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who can help us with the hiring process of new employees. It'd involve discussing the requirements with us, asking questions, and getting a good idea of what we really need for the role... then you'd write and post the job on OJPH (if freelancer) otherwise Breezy/Indeed/etc if W-2 (we're US-based), then sort through the applicants and have chat conversations as an initial screening. You'll do some online research on the candidates (ensuring there's no red flags on their social media), and those that pass through your initial text conversations/questions will be pushed to our freelancer platform for a direct company application (helping them through it), then scheduled for a Zoom call where you'll interview them face-to-face, filling out an internal applicant assessment on each of them. And finally the ones you like best get scheduled for an interview with someone senior from our company for the final round.

Basically the role is primarily focused around you searching for, finding, and filtering down the candidates, helping us save a lot of time by only scheduling interviews with the people you recommend. Then you'll help with their initial onboarding, setting the new hires up for success with our company.

This is a long-term, full-time role that pays about $600 per month (600*12/52 or $139/wk salary paid via Wise each Monday), plus $100 per hired person after they stay for 90 days (good fit). Some months should earn you $ ---------- , and the better months will earn $1,100-$1,200, depending on how much hiring we're actively doing.
