THE NANNY LEAGUE — REMOTE | NATIONWIDE SEARCH

The Nanny League is seeking a highly driven, polished, and intuitive Recruiter / Placement Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends recruiting, relationship management, and high-level matchmaking for some of the most discerning families across the country.

We are not simply filling roles—we are curating long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who understands nuance, can “read between the lines,” and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional, highly personalized experience to both families and candidates.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, administration, or executive support
• Prior experience in the nanny and/or professional childcare industry (strongly preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong initiative
• Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and time management
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and coachable mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Comfort working fully remote and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Technical skills & assets:

• Proficiency with Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, and virtual communication platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
• Typing speed of at least 36 WPM
• Active and comfortable with communication across platforms (text, email, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

A significant plus:

• Experience with iCIMS, Mailchimp, Rella, Anchor, Barefoot Student, and CRM/ATS systems

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates, screening resumes and applications, conducting in-depth interviews, and thoughtfully guiding candidates through the placement process. You will utilize applicant tracking systems and internal databases to manage pipelines, while also building and maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships with candidates. You will collaborate closely with our team to deliver clear, well-documented insights and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

This is a fully remote position with a highly collaborative, fast-moving team. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and includes payroll, unlimited PTO, 401(k) options, and performance-based bonuses.
