We’re a San Francisco VC firm that helps seed-stage startups make their first key hires. You will run end-to-end recruiting and heavy top-of-funnel sourcing for engineering (software/ML/data), product, and GTM roles.
What you’ll do
Translate open reqs into targeted search plans and Boolean strings.
Source, message, and screen 150–250 prospects/week via LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, GitHub, and niche communities.
Run structured intro screens (tech + behavioral), write short scorecards, and manage candidate pipelines in Airtable/ATS.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with founders, and keep SLAs tight (same-day updates).
Maintain talent CRM, report weekly on funnel (responses, screens, onsites, offers, hires).
Must-haves
2–5 years recruiting/sourcing (startup or agency).
Proven delivery for technical roles; fluent with Boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Calendly.
Excellent written English; crisp notes and candidate updates.
Comfortable working PH evenings for 3–4 hours overlap with US Pacific time.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Greenhouse/Lever, Airtable/Notion, Apollo/Sequencing tools.
Networks in AI/ML, data, or dev tools.
KPIs (how we’ll measure success)
Response rate, qualified screens/week, interviews scheduled, offers extended/accepted, time-to-hire.
