Pex Life Records LLC is an independent record label dedicated to producing high-quality urban music focused on health, personal relationships, financial literacy, peak performance, bodybuilding, meditation, and spirituality. Founded by Wilmarck, our music merges influences from Kanye West and Drake with motivational themes inspired by Tony Robbins. With over 1,000 email subscribers and 20,000 Facebook followers, we aim to inspire and uplift through our music.

Position: Music Manager

We are looking for a music manager responsible for:
- Pitching proposals to songwriting job boards
- Keeping our books and managing contracts
- Driving success by boosting profits and hitting sales targets
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver stellar performance
- Recruiting, hiring, and guiding contractors
- Managing operations, scheduling, and compliance
- Creating memorable customer experiences
- Onboarding and training new hires
- Communicating seamlessly with stakeholders
- Working 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Lifting up to 25 pounds when needed

Disclaimer: Prospects will respond outside of scheduled hours. There will be an established 8-hour window where you’ll be expected to respond within an hour. Ex. Your schedule hours will be 6:30 PM -3:00 AM EST (From 3-11 PM EST if a prospect responds to a proposal, you’ll be expected to respond. Each response should take 5-15 mins. You can expect 3-5 responses per week. The additional hours may be deducted from your regular schedule if it exceeds 50 hours.

Contract Details
- Hourly Rate: $2.81/hr USD + 10%-15% of revenue
- Monthly Compensation: $505-$900 + commission
- Initial Hours: 10 hours/week, increasing to 45 hours/week over 45 days
- Training: Paid training provided
- Raises: Based on work performance

Hiring Process
This is an audition-based hiring process. We will select 3-5 candidates for a paid audition. After reviewing your work, we'll choose one full-time hire.
- Interview: To assess mutual fit
- Notification: Candidates will be contacted within 48 hours regarding audition status
- Video Chat: For day 1 of the audition

Immediate Focus:
- Pitching to Songwriting Job Boards
- Album Launch Tasks
- Bookkeeping
- Onboarding & Interviewing Staff
- Explaining service and product prices
- Answering customer inquiries
- Obtaining customer information for shipping/services
- Managing our production team
- Communicating with team members/leaders
- Hitting monthly revenue goals

New hires must be with Pex Life Records for 6 months to qualify
Monthly Revenue Goals and Benefits:
- At $1,200 Minimum:
- Guaranteed Pay: $675 Minimum
- Commission: 10% on qualifying sales
- Additional Benefits: 13th Month Pay, Internet Costs Reimbursement, Profit Sharing, PhilHealth Reimbursement

- At $2,400 Minimum:
- Guaranteed Pay: $900 Minimum
- Commission: 15% on qualifying sales
- Additional Benefits: Social Security System Reimbursement, Pag-IBIG Fund Reimbursement, 50% HMO Expenses, Profit Sharing
- Contractual Availability
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose your working days/hours
- Job Sharing: Train others to complete your tasks

- Contractual lock-in for pay based on hitting revenue goals over 2-12 months.

Monthly Salary: $505 USD (ifgoal isn't attained)
Start Date: 2 weeks after the interview (if selected)
Long-term Position: 32-40 hours/week
Available Hours: Sunday-Thursday 6:30 PM EST - 3:00 AM EST
Work Location: Remote
