RealNex Specialist

We’re seeking a RealNex Specialist to optimize our client's CRM, streamline processes, and enhance database functionality. This role focuses on maximizing RealNex features, automations, and analysis tools to improve efficiency and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize workflows, triggers, and reporting within RealNex.
- Clean and import datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist with property underwriting by preparing detailed proposals.

Qualifications:
- Expertise in RealNex
- Strong data management and automation skills.
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement:
- Part-time (10-20 hours/week), with potential for long-term collaboration.
