Real Estate/Architecture Photo Editor

I’m looking for a reliable photo editor to help with real estate/architecture type photo jobs.

This will start with a small test of 10 images. If the quality is good, this will be a full time job. We currently have over 20 in house video editors in Cebu. We are looking to expand our photo editing team

The editing style I need is clean, natural and premium — suitable for residential property, architecture marketing. I do not want fake HDR, over-saturated colours or heavy filters.

Main tasks:

Edit RAW real estate / architecture photos
Correct white balance and exposure
Straighten vertical and horizontal lines
Balance highlights and shadows
Recover windows, skies and bright areas where possible
Clean up small distractions if needed
Keep colors natural and professional
Export high-resolution JPEG files
Follow reference images and instructions carefully

You should be confident using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Your hourly rate or price per 10 edited images
What software you use
A short explanation of your editing process

I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, consistent and reliable for possible ongoing work.

We do have a full office in Cebu, PH - its a plus if you live in Cebu and will be able to commute to work a few days out of the week and be able to meet the team.
