We are looking for a self-driven and passionate virtual assistant to help the founder/CEO of the Buyer's Agency 'InvestorAid' based in Sydney, Australia.
We are looking for a full time employee for an ever going working relationship, someone who can work 8 hours a day(40 hours per week) regularly.
Skills needs to excel in the role are(but not limited to) :
- CRM management

- Calendar management
- Executive/Personal assistance tasks
- Sending
- Manage client workflows on
- Shortlisting properties through portals based on the brief given and complete due diligence process
- Phone calls to various parties as part of their role with good communication skills
- Transaction coordination in real estate
Willingness to learn new skills and an excellent communication skills(written and spoken) are a MUST have for the role. Creative thinkers who are willing to challenge the current way of operations are welcomed for any improvements.
For all tasks, extensive training will be provided to ensure that the employee is supported well.
