NOW HIRING: Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant – Real Estate (Remote)
• Job Type: Remote (Virtual)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Minimum required overlap between 12:00AM to 6:00AM PH Time (preferred 12:00AM to 7:00AM PH Time)
• Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Compensation: $5-8/ hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support my real estate marketing and online content projects. You’ll help bring video, website, flyers, and social media ideas to life through clean design, SEO-friendly posting, and consistent branding. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced with digital tools and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

Video Editing: Expert-level editing in CapCut — trim, brand, caption, music, and produce short-form and long-form videos.

YouTube Management: Upload and optimize videos for SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists).

Website Updates: Design and maintain pages on WIX, ensuring professional layouts and mobile-friendly performance.

Graphic Design: Create branded social graphics, flyers, and thumbnails in Canva using consistent brand colors and fonts.

Organization: Manage shared folders, files, and workflow in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets.

Content Scheduling: Assist in posting content to YouTube, websites, and social platforms: Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, and Google Business according to a marketing calendar.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing VA or similar role
CapCut expertise (portfolio or samples required)
Familiarity with WIX, Canva, Google and YouTube SEO best practices
Excellent written and spoken English
Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Able to follow written and video SOPs
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

• Creating and maintaining SOPs via Asana and Loom for recurring business processes and project management
• Researching content creation via ChatGPT and Claude
• Managing & organizing cloud-based files and collaborative documents in Google Drive
• Assisting with social media scheduling and content creation
• Editing short-form video content using CapCut
• Designing branded materials in Canva (flyers, social media posts, thumbnails, etc.)
• Uploading and optimizing videos on YouTube & YouTube Studio
• Making edits and updates to our Wix websites

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong time management and project tracking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Strong familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, WIX, YouTube Studio, Google, Facebook, Asana, Loom, and CRMs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with real estate workflows or terminology is a plus

Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Must work exclusively for us (no other clients)
• Experience with United States real estate transactions and MLS systems is a strong asset
• Must have your own device, VPN access to Denver, Colorado, and STABLE internet connection
