Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a real estate agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This position offers remote work flexibility and will involve tasks such as managing schedules, handling client communications, performing data entry, and assisting with marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments, property showings, and meetings for real estate agents.
Maintain and update databases with current listings, contracts, and transactions
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and brand visibility.
Manage social media accounts
Create and send
Maintain an organized and updated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring all contact and lead information is accurate.
Input new leads, contacts, and opportunities into CRM systems.
Manage and organize
Coordinate appointments and ensure that all schedules are aligned for agents.
