Real Estate Video Editor — Weekly Cinematic Show

We produce a weekly real estate video show for the North Shore of Vancouver, Canada. It is cinematic, data-driven, and editorial a polished recurring format with a real point of view, not basic listing tours.
We are looking for a video editor to cut the show every week to a high standard. We work to a clear reference bar, top-tier real estate film brands set our quality standard and you will collaborate closely on the look, pacing, and story.

What you will do:
- Edit a weekly episode start to finish, pacing, color, sound, story
- Build clean titles and animated data / market overlays
- Help shape each episode, not just apply notes

The ideal person:
- Edits cinematically, with a strong sense of story and rhythm
- Brings creative direction of their own and can genuinely help shape the material
- Has a strong command of English and can understand and contribute to the content
Is reliable and hits a weekly deadline every time
-Knows Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro; motion graphics a plus

This is ongoing, long-term work for the right person.
