At Beyond Property Media, we are looking for a forward thinking video editor to join our growing team in the Poconos. Your mission will be to tell the story of every property, creating natural, compelling visuals that allow buyers to truly imagine themselves inside the space.

You will be a key part of our commitment to delivering proud worthy work and providing the elite service our clients expect from the Beyond Property Media name. We value vision and a dedication to the craft, if you have the eye, we will help you push the limits.

Key Responsibilities
Storytelling & Property Tours: Edit walkthroughs that bring spaces to life, focusing on natural flow, seamless transitions (including day-to-night), and emotional engagement.
Agent Branded Content: Edit Agent Branded Videos by cutting scripts, syncing on-camera narration, and layering custom motion graphics and captions.
Innovation & Efficiency: Utilize modern tools for audio enhancement, generative retouching, and automated captioning to maintain efficient workflows and stay ahead of industry trends.
Real-Time Collaboration: Be available from 8 AM to 12 PM EST to provide fast feedback loops and support our Fast and Easy ordering workflow.
Team Communication: Maintain clear, reliable, and open communication with our production team.

Requirements
Industry Experience: Proven experience in real estate media, specifically with cinematic movement and professional color grading.
Adaptability: A strong desire to learn new software and advanced digital workflows.
Professionalism: We act as a reliable partner to our agents, and we require that same standard of reliability from our internal team.
Internet Infrastructure: Minimum upload speeds of 40 Mbps and download speeds of 500 Mbps.
Hardware: A dedicated editing computer fully capable of handling 4K video projects smoothly.
