Job Description: Virtual Assistant - Video Content Creation for Real Estate Team
Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Video Content & Social Media Manager)
Location: Remote
Reports To: Joe Oz & Administrative Dept
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team with video content creation, editing, and social media engagement. This role involves creating short-form and long-form video content, managing social media engagement, and assisting with training materials and email marketing. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and highly organized, with experience in video editing, social media management, and real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation & Editing:
Edit video content using platforms like Riverside.fm, Transistor, Opus Clip, Canva Pro, Capcut.
Create engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Produce long-form content (YouTube real estate trainings, podcasts, market updates).
Optimize video content for SEO and engagement across platforms.
Format and repurpose video clips for multiple channels.
Training & Presentation Creation:
Develop training materials for leadership/team using Google Slides, Canva Pro, and all Google Suite tools.
Assist in organizing and updating training decks for real estate coaching and presentations.
Develop and deliver 5+ training decks per month, with the flexibility to create additional decks as needed to support team growth and initiatives.
Social Media Engagement & Content Distribution:
Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Upload and distribute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed.
Re-Share real estate related instagram stories that Joe is tagged in to engage audience.
Add people to Joe Oz’s social accounts and interact with real estate-related posts.
Like, comment, and engage with real estate professionals and industry-related content.
Tech & CRM Management:
Utilize Slack for communication and team updates.
Manage contacts and follow-ups in Follow Up Boss.
Ensure seamless workflow between content creation, marketing, and real estate operations.
Additional Requirements:
Reliable internet connection with the ability to work remotely without interruption.
Highly proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.
Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
