JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a tertiary qualified person with relevant qualifications for our company's various data processing/entering and process tasks.

The role encompasses processing new property details within our CRM followed by:

1. Making the advertising live online
2. Preparing the advertising and marketing of the property
3. Ordering advertising from suppliers
4. Working with our accountant and administration manager to reconcile invoices relating to advertising.
5. Creating advertising material, proofing, and sending to print
6. Liaising with our Sales Team to support their sales efforts
7. Communicate with the sales team for amendments to advertising.
8. Liaising with lawyers regarding the preparation for the sale of properties
9. Handling incoming calls and transferring them as needed
10. And all other details required for this role to be fulfilled.

Ideally, we are seeking an individual who also speaks Mandarin as a preference, but it is optional.

Our new team members will have a positive attitude, be team players, be keen to learn and excel in their roles, and be happy and willing to ask questions to improve their performance and proficiency.

It would help if you had previous exposure to this working environment, experience, and exposure to standard tools like Slack, Office 365, Teams, Notion, Loom, Loop, etc., and were able to hold yourself accountable for your own performance.

Accuracy is paramount in this role, as well as being able to follow a process to ensure the accuracy of deliverables. As you will be involved in ordering significant sums of money for advertising, being a clear thinker, paying attention to detail, and running checks before order placement is critical to this role.
