Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our client’s thriving real estate business. This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and has a knack for communication. You will play a key part in managing administrative tasks to help streamline business operations and free up time for networking and business-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry: Enter real estate listings into the MLS, assist with drafting contracts, reconcile QuickBooks monthly, and maintain contact databases.
• Transaction Management: Ensure buyers and sellers meet contract deadlines, distribute contracts to lenders and title companies, and handle e-signature documents.
• Scheduling: Arrange home showings and manage calendars.

• Marketing Support: Help with social media postings and draft weekly marketing
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate operations or familiarity with MLS is a plus.
• Knowledge of BombBomb, QuickBooks, and FLEX MLS (or willingness to learn).
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Hours & Rate:
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift)
• Rate: $5–$8 per hour
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Graveyard Shift: US Timezone (EST)
