Your Role: Be the Expert in Land Valuation

If you can confidently determine accurate land values and provide decision-ready reports, you will thrive here.
If you have experience in a land business (not just houses), you are exactly who we’re looking for.
This is not a beginner role. This is a critical position for someone with real expertise in property valuation.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities)
Analyze land values using Redfin, Zillow, Land.com, MLS, county GIS maps, and other research tools.
Research and verify property comps—sold and active listings—to determine accurate pricing.
Evaluate key property factors like road access, flood zones, wetlands, topography, and market trends.
Complete 10-15 property comps per day, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Organize and present data in Google Sheets so our team can make fast, informed investment decisions.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)
? You have direct experience comping vacant land (not just houses) and have worked in another land investing business.
? You are fast and precise—you can quickly analyze data and provide accurate valuations.
? You are highly organized and can deliver clear, well-structured reports.
? You are tech-savvy—comfortable with Google Sheets, mapping software, and data analysis tools.
? You have strong written English and can explain your findings clearly.
? You have a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer to keep up with a fast workflow.
