Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to make cold calls for our hard money lending business. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential borrowers, screen leads, and schedule qualified appointments for the loan originator. If you have excellent communication skills, persistence, and experience in sales or cold calling, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to real estate investors, developers, and business owners from provided lead lists
Engage prospects in conversation, qualify potential borrowers, and gather relevant information
Overcome objections and build rapport with leads
Schedule appointments and live transfers for the loan originator
Maintain an organized CRM system with notes and follow-up tasks
Track call metrics and provide regular performance updates
Adjust scripts and strategies based on feedback and call success rates
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in real estate, finance, or lending)
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to handle rejection
Tech-savvy, able to use CRM software, dialers, and spreadsheets
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Preferred Experience:
Background in hard money lending, real estate, or financial services
Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Podio, CallTools, etc.)
Familiarity with real estate investing terms and loan structures
Additional compensation for each lead that closes a loan.
