**Real Estate Lead Manager (Wholesaling)**

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager to handle warm inbound seller leads.

These are NOT cold calls. Leads come from our website and have already requested information about selling their property. Your role is to speak with sellers, ask qualification questions, gather property details, take notes, and schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

**Requirements:**

* Previous real estate wholesaling experience required
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport
* Reliable internet and quiet work environment
* Experience working with a CRM

**Important:** We are specifically looking for applicants with real estate wholesaling experience. Experience with a realtor, property manager, mortgage agent, or transaction coordinator alone is not sufficient.

**Responsibilities:**

*Call warm inbound leads who have submitted forms on our website
*Ask qualification questions
*Take accurate notes inside our CRM
*Schedule qualified appointments with the team
*Follow up when required
