Work Schedule: Ad Hoc

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling
- Coordinate property showings and client appointments
- Prepare and organize real estate listing documents
- Maintain and update client and property databases
- Create and edit marketing materials, including property presentations and social media content
- Conduct online research for market trends, comparable properties, and neighborhood information
- Assist with transaction coordination and document preparation
- Manage digital filing systems and cloud-based platforms
- Schedule property inspections, appraisals, and other real estate-related appointments
- Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong familiarity with real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss)
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High-speed internet connection and reliable home office setup
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
