Real Estate Underwriter (Per-Deal Basis) Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Real Estate Underwriter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing multifamily and mixed-use investment opportunities, reviewing rent rolls, calculating cap rates, and preparing financial summaries.

Responsibilities:
Underwrite real estate deals based on provided property data and financials Analyze rent rolls, expense reports, and income statements Prepare underwriting summaries with investment assumptions Conduct market research on comps and local conditions when needed Assist in evaluating return metrics and risk factors Communicate findings clearly with our acquisitions team.

Qualifications: Prior underwriting experience (real estate, lending, or acquisitions preferred) Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets Understanding of real estate investment terms: NOI, cap rate, DSCR, etc. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Paid per deal — no hourly or time commitment. Each Deal is $40
