Real Estate Underwriter

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Real Estate Modeling and Pipeline Tracking Analyst to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on financial modeling and pipeline management across multifamily, retail, and industrial real estate assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain real estate financial models in Excel, including five-year forecasting
- Monitor and update deal pipeline using Streak (a Gmail-based CRM tool
- Assist in underwriting and evaluation of prospective real estate investments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- With 2-3 years of experience in real estate underwriting, specifically for multifamily, retail, and industrial assets
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in real estate financial modeling and investment analysis
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Streak, or comparable tools
