JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-producing Northern California real estate team looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-driven virtual assistant to own our transaction pipeline from contract to close — and help us build out and automate our Go High Level CRM from the ground up.
This is not a task-follower role. We need someone who can think ahead, build SOPs, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Own:
Transaction management from executed contract through closing — tracking deadlines, compliance documents, and all file organization. Client communication and follow-up throughout the transaction timeline. MLS and CRM data entry, contact management, and pipeline updates. Go High Level setup, automation builds, workflow creation, and team training. SOP documentation as systems are built.
You’re the right person if:
You have hands-on Go High Level experience — building pipelines, automations, and workflows, not just using it. You’ve worked inside a real estate transaction before and understand the escrow and compliance process. You are a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do next. You communicate proactively when something looks off.
Requirements:
Proven Go High Level experience (please include examples or a portfolio). Background in US real estate transactions. Strong written English. Available during Pacific Time business hours. Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
