Transaction Coordinator Position – NexPath Real Estate Platform

NexPath is looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to help manage real estate transactions from contract to close. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to keep multiple files moving efficiently.

Requirements:
-Must have at least 2 years of Transaction Coordinator experience
-More experience is a plus
-Experience working in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and/or Georgia is a big plus
-Experience using platforms such as Dotloop, AFrame, is preferred
