Real Estate Skip Tracing / Cold Caller (Remote – Full-Time)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cold Caller and skip tracer to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating property owners and verifying accurate contact information to support our acquisitions and marketing efforts. This is a remote position ideal for someone experienced with data research, lead generation, and real estate tools.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling & skip tracing to locate property owners and verify contact details (phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses)
Use online databases, public records, and skip tracing tools to gather accurate information
Update and maintain records in CRM systems
Identify and flag high-quality leads for follow-up
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms
Meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skip tracer, data researcher, or similar role (real estate preferred)
Familiarity with skip tracing tools
Strong internet research and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Good written and basic verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience working with real estate investors or wholesalers
Knowledge of U.S. property records and data sources
Experience using CRMs
