Real Estate SEO & Content Manager

We are a growing real estate investment and brokerage company serving the Quad Cities area (Iowa & Illinois). We buy houses, manage rentals, sell real estate, and work with investors.

We are looking for a full-time SEO & Content Manager who can help increase our Google rankings, website traffic, seller leads, buyer leads, and rental inquiries.

Responsibilities
Perform keyword research
Optimize website pages for SEO
Create new location pages
Publish blog articles
Improve Google Business Profile rankings
Build local citations and directory listings
Track rankings and website traffic
Create AI-assisted content using ChatGPT
Add content and updates to WordPress
Build internal links between pages
Assist with backlink outreach
