Real Estate Research Assistant (Comfortable in using AI)

Help a US real estate data company prepare and verify property leads

Responsibilities
- Research property owners and contact information from public sources
- Verify property data against public registries and listing sites
- Prepare the weekly client report (Excel)
- Flag missing or incorrect data to the team

Qualifications
- 2+ years as a virtual assistant, ideally for a US company
- Strong English (reading and writing)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and web research
- Comfortable reading basic code or scripts (Python, SQL, JavaScript) — no need to write code, but you shouldn't be afraid of it
- Attention to detail and reliable schedule
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) — you use them daily and know when to trust the output
