JOB OVERVIEW

**Now Hiring: Real Estate Recruiting ISA**

**Remote Position | Must Work Texas Central Time Hours | Base Pay + Performance Bonuses**

NextHome Valor Realty is looking for a driven, organized, and confident Real Estate Recruiting ISA to help us attract experienced, professional agents who are looking for stronger broker support, better tools, a healthier culture, and a company where they can grow.

This is a recruiting and appointment-setting role focused on quality, not just quantity. We are not looking to bring on every agent with a license. We are looking for independent, ethical, growth-minded real estate agents who want the right brokerage environment to help them build a stronger business.

The right person is comfortable making outbound calls, following up consistently, using CRM systems, having real conversations, and helping identify agents who are a strong fit for our company.

**About NextHome Valor Realty**

NextHome Valor Realty is a growing Texas real estate brokerage built around professionalism, broker support, smart tools, consumer-first service, and a Humans Over Houses culture.

We support agents with:

* Broker access and guidance
* Training and accountability
* Modern marketing tools
* CRM and technology support
* Lead generation strategies
* A professional, collaborative culture
* A company brand that stands for people first

**About the Role**

The Recruiting ISA will be responsible for identifying, contacting, nurturing, and setting appointments with licensed real estate agents who may be a good fit for NextHome Valor Realty.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up habits, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build trust quickly.

You will be expected to work from a recruiting database, make outbound calls, send texts and emails, track conversations, update the CRM, and schedule qualified recruiting appointments with the broker.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Make outbound recruiting calls to licensed real estate agents
* Identify agents who may be looking for better broker support, tools, training, accountability, or company culture
* Set qualified recruiting appointments with the broker
* Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
* Track all conversations, notes, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes in the CRM
* Help maintain and organize the recruiting database
* Use scripts and talking points while still sounding natural and conversational
* Pre-qualify agents based on production, professionalism, goals, attitude, and brokerage fit
* Research agents, brokerages, production history, and local market activity when needed
* Help create and improve recruiting follow-up campaigns
* Send recruiting emails, texts, and meeting reminders
* Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows
* Provide weekly reporting on calls, conversations, appointments set, appointments held, and agent recruiting pipeline
* Communicate regularly with the broker regarding strong prospects, concerns, and follow-up priorities

**The Ideal Candidate**

You are someone who:

* Is confident making outbound calls
* Has strong spoken and written English
* Can build rapport without sounding pushy or robotic
* Understands that recruiting is follow-up, follow-up, and more follow-up
* Is organized and consistent
* Can handle rejection without taking it personally
* Knows how to ask good questions and listen for motivation
* Can spot quality candidates instead of chasing anyone with a license
* Works independently and takes ownership of results
* Is comfortable with performance-based pay
* Wants to grow with a small but ambitious brokerage

**Required Skills**

* Prior experience in real estate, recruiting, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling
* Strong phone skills and professional communication
* Excellent English speaking and writing ability
* Ability to work Texas Central Time business hours
* Experience using a CRM
* Comfortable with email, texting, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic online research
* Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset, webcam, and ability to make outbound calls to the U.S.
* Strong follow-up and organizational skills
* Ability to follow scripts, track activity, and report results

**Preferred Experience**

* Real estate recruiting experience
* Experience calling real estate agents
* Familiarity with BoldTrail, kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, or similar CRM systems
* Experience with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and basic reporting
* Knowledge of brokerage models, agent splits, caps, training, lead generation, and agent pain points
* Experience setting appointments for high-level sales conversations

**Compensation**

This position includes a small base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

The compensation plan is designed to reward results, especially quality appointments and agents who successfully join and stay with the brokerage.

Potential bonus opportunities may include:

* Bonus for qualified recruiting appointments set
* Higher bonus for appointments that are held
* Bonus for agents who affiliate with the brokerage
* Additional bonus after recruited agents remain with the brokerage for a set period
* Possible long-term growth incentives as the recruiting system expands

This is not a high-base, low-accountability position. The right person will be motivated by performance and rewarded for producing real results.

**What Counts as a Qualified Recruiting Appointment**

A qualified appointment means the agent:

* Is currently licensed or actively working toward licensure
* Is located in or willing to serve the markets we support
* Has a professional attitude and communication style
* Is open to a brokerage conversation
* Has a reason to consider a move or is looking for stronger support
* Is not simply looking for the lowest split with no engagement
* Understands the appointment is with the broker to discuss brokerage fit

**This Role Is Not a Fit If You:**

* Are afraid to make outbound calls
* Give up after one follow-up attempt
* Need constant supervision
* Are disorganized with notes and CRM updates
* Sound scripted or overly aggressive
* Focus only on volume instead of quality
* Cannot work Texas Central Time hours
* Are uncomfortable being paid based on performance

**How to Apply**

Please send:

1. Your resume
2. A short voice recording introducing yourself and explaining your recruiting, sales, or appointment-setting experience
3. A brief summary of your real estate experience, if any
4. Your experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
5. Your DISC assessment results: https://www.tonyrobbins.com/disc/
6. Include the phrase **“Quality Agents Matter”** in your application so I know you read the full post

Applications that do not follow these instructions will not be considered.

We are building a brokerage for agents who want support, tools, professionalism, and a broker who is engaged in their success. If you are organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by results, this could be a strong opportunity.
