NexPath is growing nationwide, and we are looking for a motivated, well-spoken Real Estate Recruiter to help us connect with agents, team leaders, and broker owners across the country.
NexPath is a real estate platform built to help agents succeed without forcing them to leave their brokerage, brand, or team. We provide agents with systems, support, training, accountability, transaction coordination, ISA support, marketing support, video editing, tools, and revenue share opportunities.
We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate the NexPath opportunity, book appointments, follow up with prospects, and help grow our national agent network.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to real estate agents, team leaders, and brokers through phone, text,
Explain the NexPath platform and the value we provide
Book appointments for agents to attend NexPath explained calls or interviews
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Track conversations and notes inside our CRM
Help build relationships with agents nationwide
Work closely with leadership to support recruiting goals
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Must have strong communication skills
Must be comfortable making calls and sending messages daily
Real estate, recruiting, sales, or appointment-setting experience is preferred
Must be organized, coachable, and consistent
Must have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a working computer
Must be available during U.S. working hours
