JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Property Manager Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and support our Property Manager in managing a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of property management
Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule appointments with vendors
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Update and maintain property management database and files
Assist in preparing lease agreements and rental listings
Assist the Business Development Team to acquire new clients
Ability to cold call (20% of time) and have the skillset to acquire new clients to the company.
Ability to work remotely Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST (with some overtime options)
Reviewing open orders in the account portal.
Finding vendors to complete work orders in a timely manner.
Actively pursuing new vendors in new areas to ensure the ability to complete orders.
Writing clear and detailed descriptions to the client in order to effectively bid on work orders.
Communicate with tenants to ensure their work is being completed correctly.
Negotiate pricing with vendors before completing orders.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in property management or real estate industry
Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent English speaking and writing capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Appfolio and Quickbooks Online Experience REQUIRED (minimum 2 years)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong at-home internet connecton
Ability to work out of home in a quiet environment

Experience:

APPFOLIO & QUICKBOOKS: 2 years (Required)
