Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Photography Editor experienced in the Flambient editing process.
The ideal candidate understands how to blend ambient and flash exposures to create natural-looking, bright, and professional real estate images suitable for MLS listings and marketing materials.

Responsibilities
- Edit residential real estate photography using the Flambient method
- Blend ambient and flash exposures naturally
- Perform window pulls
- Correct white balance and color casts
- Straighten vertical and horizontal lines
- Adjust exposure and contrast
- Replace TV screens when necessary
- Remove minor distractions when requested
- Deliver consistent edits that match company standards

Requirements
- Experience editing real estate photography
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of Flambient workflows
- Ability to maintain natural colors and realistic lighting
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Deliverables for each property:
- Typically 25–40 final images
- MLS-ready JPG files
- Consistent image style across the entire gallery

Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround: 24 hours - 48 hours
- Rush projects may occasionally be requested

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience editing for real estate photographers in the United States
- Experience with luxury residential properties
- Portfolio demonstrating Flambient editing
